Student Ministry at Cornerstone

Helping Students Know, Follow, and Share Jesus Christ

At Cornerstone, we believe the teenage years are some of the most important for discovering who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him. Our Student Ministry exists to partner with parents and walk with students as they grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and learn how to live out the way of Jesus every day.

We like to say we exist to Grow & Go:

 

GROW

  • Meet Jesus – We introduce Junior High and High School students to the life-changing message of the Gospel.

  • Go Deeper – We help Christian students experience the love of the living God in real and practical ways.

  • Stay Grounded – We equip students with biblical truth so they can shine as lights in their schools, families, and future careers.

  • Find Community – We connect students with each other through friendships, small groups, and shared experiences.

GO

  • Serve the Church – Students use their gifts in areas like children’s ministry, hospitality, worship, and more.

  • Impact Schools – We encourage students to live out their faith and serve their peers right where they are.

  • Practice Generosity – We create opportunities for students to care for underserved areas and learn the joy of giving and serving.

Wednesday Nights

A midweek recharge designed just for students! Expect games, music, food, and an encouraging message from God’s Word. It’s a time to laugh, connect, and grow together

 

Sunday Mornings

During the 10:45 AM worship service, all Junior High and High School students gather in our upstairs classroom. Together we dive deep into Scripture and then break into small groups for discussion, encouragement, and building real friendships. Note: The students join the entire church body on the 1st Sunday of every month for the worship service, that includes communion.
